Bayern Munich striker Harry Kane named Paris Saint-Germain favorites to beat Arsenal in the Champions League final after his team's 6-5 aggregate semifinal defeat to the French champions. The England captain scored a stoppage-time consolation goal in the second leg, a 1-1 draw at Allianz Arena that ended Bayern's European campaign. Kane cited PSG's status as defending champions as giving them a slight edge.

Kane expressed frustration over the result and officiating decisions by referee Joao Pinheiro, including a rejected penalty claim for handball by Joao Neves and failure to issue a second yellow card to Nuno Mendes. "It's tough to take right now. Over the two legs we had enough moments to have a different outcome but it didn't go our way. Some decisions today didn't go our way," Kane told reporters. He described the final as an even contest between two strong teams with different styles.

Kane became the first player since Cristiano Ronaldo to score in six straight Champions League knockout matches. PSG can join Real Madrid as the only club to defend the title in the competition's modern era. The 32-year-old has netted 55 goals across all competitions this season.

Bayern shift focus to the DFB-Pokal final against Stuttgart for a chance at silverware. Kane, yet to win the Champions League, said the team believed they could claim all trophies this season.
